About me…

I'm a Graphics Editor with News UK and a freelance creative and illustrator. I studied information graphics and Newspaper design at Newcastle college before heading to Fleet Street in 1999. I’ve worked across most national newspapers including The Sunday Times, News of the World, Observer, Telegraph and The Sun. Covered some major news events in the last couple of years alone. Running a team of talented designers to cover Grenfell, Referendums, Manchester Arena attack, Trump, Brexit, elections, The Olympics and The World Cup. In recent years I've worked on projects for Channel 4's 'Second Screen' Dispatches app, for which I was infographics editor. My work involves a lot of travelling and I'm able to successfully deliver projects working on-site, remotely or as part of a team. I'm always keen to hear about exciting new ideas - I recently started a project creating news-style movie graphics. A labour of love which I hope you enjoy.
